Thank you soo much for the tutorial! I have a quick question for you when i click on the alt click mask icon my box in the layer appears white and I can not figure out how to make it black. Can you help me please?

@drechelle28 Click on the mask thumbnail in the layer and press Control I on Windows or Command I on Mac.

I just ran across your channel a few days ago. I want to thank you for all of your very detailed tutorials! Where did you learn Photoshop? I can't find a place that teaches it like you do. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

@mrslink2 Most of what I've learned has been tireless experimentation and being project oriented. Learning on an "as need to know" basis according to the project at hand. Also sharing or teaching what I know (I've been teaching Digital Imaging since 1999) helps reinforce newly learned or discovered things.

check again I'm sure it's a "user" error. Maybe wrong blending mode, hidden selection, wrong layer selected, etc...check yourself again! I have CS4 and it works fine!
