whole raiways shut down now. Mine closed and the railway closed. Sad to see and im positive they wont come back

where is that? windsor or hantsport? looks sort of like the tracks right behind the hantsport fire dept.

@Dampfer1488 The scene at 1:17 is at Hantsport, the station is on the left. The train is the WHRC switcher leased to the gypsum company pulling loads from the yard into the plant to be dumped.

neat, are these tracks even used anymore? i never see a train going through the tracks in windsor right by sobeys anymore, havent for years. and where is 2:13 looks like a really nice view, although im sure alot has changed since 1996.

@Dampfer1488 I think I read recently that the whole railroad is shut down. Not sure about the gypsum traffic,but maybe the collapse in home construction had something to do with it, as the gypsum was primarily used in making drywall.

@Dampfer1488 The scene at 2:13 is taken form the top of the hill on Wentworth Road overlooking the first gypsum mine.

Great video. Do you have any video of DAR operations? I would really like to sometime see video of DAR mixed trains M21/M22.

@murcede3 Sorry, that was a bit before my time. I do have some older video of CP EMD's on the gypsum train from 1990. This stuff is on tape and I will digitize and edit it when I have time.
