Arthur's emphatic attitude towards nearly everything hides away the fact that he is an artistic genius. However, he is permanently hungover and this, combined with his overly laidback personality, makes Arthur seem almost catatonic. Sent to monitor Bryan, the two have a hateful working relationship that threatens to ruin both their careers if they can't move past their differences.
