Hello there, have you heard of "Belly Fat Quencher"? Simply just search Google. On there you can get a practical free video by a well respected doctor and licensed dietitian revealing the best way to burn body fat. This made it easier for Andrew to burn his tummy fat. It may work for you as well...

I don't understand why you think lard is more stable. It melts when it is cooked, while oil remains liquid before and after cooking. So oil seems more stable to me. Am I missing something?

Ghee is probably the best fat for frying.

Lard is long forgotten and often shunned health food. Forget all the crisco and other vegetable oil crap. Lard is tasty, stable and healthly fat (unless you overdo it). Fry on it, put it on you bread with some homemade pork rinds left from rendering it (czech tradition), You can also put it in pastry dough, it's absolutely delicous and savory, i usually put 50% lard and 50% butter in dough sometimes flavouring with almond oil (quality one well kept)

This so great can't wait to buy some. My mum used it and died at 85 her mother used it and died of 98 of old age. We need to get back to basics and stop listening to adds brought to us by manufacturers who want to sell us poison. They are only interested in selling a product not looking out for our health.
