Anyway, it was in my Youth; I wasn't fat, ugly = OPerated on (with AfghanistanLike SCARs on my Body) then

@jesoby, that is true but its not as bad as the RAF, my dad was refused admission into the RAF at biggin hill, because grandad wasnt an officer during the war

Yes, granted, but don't you think that they are robust enough to take a bit of a joke. I don't find that imcompatible and I rather feel that things like this are not disrespectful. Don't forget the British marvellous ability to laugh at themselves rather than take themselves seriously all the time - and I think this is an admirable trait, and one that we should be proud of
