@Wazupppl45 that is not amazing time though.... at BC summer games my team won 4x400 with a time of 3:32 i think yeah i know it is not as good as this time, but 3 of us were injured and were only 15,

No one can critisize unless you've ran it. You guys honestly don't know how hard this race is. Its physically grueling. The race, the running, the baton passing, the pressure. Its the worst. i've ran it, team came out as champions in our district. But we couldn't go to provincials or farther because we're only in grade eight, but the point still remains :P This race is flibbing HARD. Don't judge until you've ran it.

What do u mean that sucked they ran a 3:27 faster than some highschoolers so stop hating on them they did good. And how bout you post up one of your videos of you running and see how slow u are.

Father son pumping. Yea fast track USATF running is good path toward college scholarship, but in the bigger scheme of things, it's just another race with kids.
