Well, I do guess that if you're responsible, you should be allowed to care for your own tiger, but like I said, too many exotic pet owners get cute little tiger cubs and then when they grow up dump them at sanctuaries because they can't handle them, or keep them in filthy cages that are just sickening. That gives exoctic pet owners a bad name. I'm sure some tiger owners take extremely good care of their pets, and love them, but it's the few bad ones that make them all look bad.

Many sanctuaries are really SCAMstuaries, they breed cubs themselves or buy them from fellow SCUMstuary. conservation isnt about just more tigers in the wild period its about more tigers in their natural habitat. I have hseen many rexano supporters come on youtube and tell people who are fighting to protect natural habitat that conservation is a waste of time. Sorry people keeping tigers in their backyards and charging the public to come and pet them despite the risks to both the tiger and the public truly do nothing for tigers in the wild.

I can guess how Haley died his back was to the tiger and that means ambush the prey which is instinct and what kills most exotic animal pet owners so I believe putting them in a zoo or rehab to put them back in the wild is better. Yes most people say but these are wild animals not some cute little chihuahua that stays small. The most reasons people get these animals is because they where cute when they were small but that changes. Like with all wild animals they grow up and become dangerous.

Anyway he may have been a good owner and just forgot one little thing and all of a sudden dead. I know there isn't enough zoos or centers to hold them. And I said rehab then release now just throw them out in the wild I was just stating my opinion like you have clearly stated your own. Doesn't bother me what you think. @DivaMomochi Why do you assume the USDA licensed exotic pet owners are all morons and don't understand the instincts of their animals? Do you have any idea how difficult it is in some states to pass the reqs to be able to own one? There are currently 10,000 tigers captive bred tigers in private homes in the US- more than in the wild. Do you think there are enough zoos to hold all these animals? And releasing a captive born animal into the wild is a death sentence: they CAN NOT hunt/ are poached.

Don't mind these, Z. Back you up completely! This is the only channel/site that I can really get an insight what it is like to own such pets. I love it! Hoping to have something like you guys! Never touched an exotic cat at all, would be amazing!
