@Dgkman2004 folk style you're not allowed to put in a full nelson, and it's more of a softer version of freestyle since usually only high schools use folk style. other than that it's pretty much the same.

folk wrestling in high school is so fucking stupid they have so many rules now. i wish i wrestled back in the 80s were ther was like no rules

@zackoggy34 they're very similar, but collegiate has a few different rules, and you get points for riding your opponent for a minute

@MelkiteKataeb Well just see how freestyle is. Its more about throws and rolls rather then takedowns. Just search it and youll see the diffrence.
