I've been working on Kettlebell pressing for a few weeks, and I hit a new PR today. Target for the day was 20 reps/hand; 1 rep/5 seconds; one hand switch.

Full workout as follows:

70#/32kg kettlebell presses (20L/20R)

full recovery

70#32kg kettlebell presses 1min L/1min R (12 reps per min)
1 min rest
70#32kg kettlebell swing 1min L/1min R
2 min rest

(2 rounds of)
70#32kg kettlebell presses 1min L/1min R (12 reps per min)
1 min rest
70#32kg kettlebell swing 30sec L/30sec R
2min rest

70#32kg kettlebell presses 45sec L/45sec R (9 reps/hand)

full recovery

(3 Tabata Sets of 70#/32kg single arm swings)
4 x (20sec L swing; 10 sec rest; 20sec R swing; 10sec rest = 4 min set)
4 min rest
(Repeat two more rounds)
