raw crushed garlic has GREAT antimicrobial properties so this makes sense! If you feel a cold coming on, good to crush up a large clove of garlic, let it sit for 5 minutes and then swallow it (I put it all on back of my tongue and whoosh down with warm water in a fast gulp) takes some practice but garlic is great stuff. Nice video!

Cold-dry indeed. I went for a hiking for 5 hours, and the air was cold-dry, and my ugly coldsore started to dry. That was 3 days ago. I still have it, but most of it is dry :)

This time it came over night. I randomly woke up Friday morning and noticed it, there was nothing I could have done to prevent it and that's the worse part about it. I felt like crying to my mommy

These are a serious bitch, I have them right now and they're painful and hard to deal with. But the worst part is, everyone can see them! I'd rather take canker sores over cold sores any day because at least no one can see canker sores, but I just have to deal with the pain alone.
I'd rather live pain free and feel better but but unfortunately for me, I suffer from an auto immune disorder, so I guess I'll have to get used to them >_<
