Simple, yet very effective that uses kettlebells and a speed jump rope for an incredible conditioning workout that will also leave you burning calories for days. This is perfect for when you are traveling and to use during the holidays. Your family shouldn't give you too much of a guilt trip for sneaking off for 20 minutes to get this in. Also this will keep your holiday pounds in check and hopefully you will continue to be able to reach your goals.
