The two main companies that will professionally rate baseball cards are Beckett and Professional Sports Authenticators, both of which will encapsulate baseball cards with the grade. Beckett.com slash grading is the place to go to get a submission form. That person's ranking of Beckett third is only one man's opinion, and not shared by most modern collectors.
