do you need to use wifi to download cydia or how do you get cydia cuz im using a ipod touch 3g and i dont have wifi

do u need to do anything with cydia when the app appears in the ipod touch or phone, cause i tapped it with my finger to activate it or whatever but then it came up with all these options like user, hacker and developer. Do i need to click one of them or should i just leave cydia app alone?

@jmc1007 Nope, not that i know of, I am in Canada but i have never heard any wifi issues with blackra1n, maybe snowra1n but not with blackra1n
