Cross Country Trip 18 - Area 51 (NV)

This was really interesting. We drove as far as you could towards area 51 until we reached the signs that said they could shoot you if you went any further. The roads were so bumpy, and every now and then we would pass a nice, brand new looking white truck that had military license plates. There was also a little dust devil that we tried to film. Then we went to the nearest town called Rachel and ate at the Al-e-inn. It was so neat...the people there were really....different. lol We stayed overnight at the black mailbox which is one of best places to view the skies of Area 51. We didn't see anything unusual, but the stars were absolutely incredible. Milky way and all. Loved it. Such a difference from just being in California...
