This is my first attempt at using this special high heat muffler paint, I hope it works as advertised and does not flake off the first time the muffler or exhaust gets hot . I have had bad luck with all other so called hi heat paints and I hope this is different. It sure goes on smooth and dries flat black as advertised.

  • That high temp paint is a waste of time Jet hot is the only way to go. And your using the wrong paint for your plastic parts its going to chip easy and look like shit with the high and low spots spray cans from the store is not a professional job. you need a some professional spray guns and a paint Booth and some baking lights then look out

  • @myclub3a LOOK LIKE SHIT>>>>????. We shall see. I wish I had a 100,000$ downdraft booth with some good lights and some infrared baking lights . I prefer a Devilbish gun with a Sharp Cup. I use Binks guns if I need to to Production work. Unfortunately, this job is so small, spray cans will just have to do. I will look into that Jet Hot, never heard of it before. So Far the job is going exactly as planned, but six months from now, we shall see... RH DSD

  • @myclub3a What paint should I use for the plastic parts?

  • @myclub3a I agree with you get what you pay for, but my question is, why would you hit your headers with a hammer?

  • @DIOSpeedDemon regular paint or just go to true value or ace and ask them

  • @DIOSpeedDemon You blocked TypeXjuggernaut VT-cycles told him to ask you nicely not to tell people to put graphite powder on variator weights it will make your belt slip. And his old roommate was posting rude shit with his account. It is how I found you is from him he shares your links with his other youtube friends. :)

Ok for the paint us plastic bumper paint that is made just for plastic not multi purpose crap

  • Cheap? Wal-Mart? This stuff isn't cheap, and I sure as hell didn't buy it from Wal-Mart. I'm telling you from personal experience that this stuff actually works, so either you're just being a troll, or you sincerely need to lay off the sauce. VHT is a reputable product made by Dupli-Color. I know many professionals who use this stuff to paint headers, and other high-temp surfaces. I used their caliper paint once, and it still looked like new 60,000 miles and two brake jobs later.

  • @myclub3a No, I'm 100% certain this guy knows what he's doing. I have actually used VHT flame-proof on a 150CC Elite exhaust, and it never burned off!

  • lol at 3:25 funny as hell
