San Lorenzos Mexican Restaurant | League City, TX

Two brothers, Dionicio and Hector Perez, migrated from Guanajuato, Mexico to Houston, Texas in the early 80's in hopes of achieving the American dream and making a better future for them and their family. As soon as they arrived they both worked in the restaurant industry. Dionicio as a line cook and Hector as a busboy and waiter. As the years passed and learning the ins and outs of running a restaurant their dream of opening their own restaurant one day began. After 21 years of saving and hard work they were able to live their dream. On March 31, 2001 they opened San Lorenzo Mexican Restaurant and Cantina at a small location off of South Shore Boulevard. As soon as they opened the door for the first time it was a huge success. People were waiting up to 2 hours to eat the place with a tree in it. 4 years later of great success they expanded to a location double the size of the first location just 2 blocks away. They are a family, owned and operated location who specialized in delicious tex-mex food and great margaritas. When you come here you become part of the family and you will keep wanting to come back for more of our award winning margaritas and delicious food. Thank you for your continual support these 10 years, without it we would not be able to be open for these 10 years. If you have not been in, you will definitely want to try it.
