Five death knights, all blood spec 5 man and destroy the ramparts. This took only 20 minutes to run and finish the instance. This is Closed beta footage from Aug 13. 2008

Lastly, I just want to say from my own personal experience, that the DK is a great addition to the WoW class lineup. I think having a class that can step in and tank via nearly any spec they are (with a proper group set up, with CC, healers, and dd) is an amazing thing. I know for certain on the three servers that I have played on (staghelm, illidan, dethecus) that tanks are always a rarity. Blizzard is doing a great job with their new baby, and I'm excited to see how it ends up.

minor buff to their PVP game. (I say this hesitantly because unlike more ignorant people who QQ on forums about being beat in duels at 70DK, I understand that the people they are dueling 99% of the time have 300+ resilience, and far greater gear from PVP) But based on those duels, and mechanically speaking, I foresee a kiting problem for the DK right now.

As a finally, you have to understand that in the beta, there are virtually no 60-70 healers/tanks/dps that live people have. nearly all of 60-70 is 95% DKs, so that said, the DK has to have some way to run instances and test them out. This way happens to be blood spec at the moment. Now with that said, there is no reason to not believe a change will occur when the final version is released, though in all honesty I think they are pretty well off as they are right now, and if anything need a...

If you really think about the DK's role in WoW, they are the first Hero class. Now Hero class is by no means a ticket to being amazingly over powered, and shouldn't be. However, considering all of the lore and story of the DK take place prior and after the events of BC there is no reason that the DK shouldn't roll through the BC instances and zone (as they are currently doing so in the beta.) Furthermore, you must also take into consideration that this is a beta. Not a finished product.

"jharrell23867 " Look. First of all, you obviously have not played in the beta, or played the class at all, so your comment as far as the unbalanced issue is just ignornant. The Death Knight class is by no means 'unbalanced' as of right now in the beta. Yes, they can do an instance by themselves if all blood spec, that I am not debating, but as of now, the way the class scales in level, they are right on target and even match (if not underpowered) in comparison to the other classes in the game.

Erm well considering that Undead used to be Humans?! Im pretty sure in their former life they could've been paladins. AND I'm not even talking about raciel talents, im on about from a lore perspective.

u guys did a very good job im unholy and i 5 manned this with 2 bloods and one frost and a huntard and did it this is av ery easy instance but still very good job :)

The only Races that pass off as good DK's are races that can be or could of once been paladins. Dwarves, Humans, Draenai, Undead and B-Elfs

there's a bug with 5-man DK runs now

if you go into an instance and there's more then 2 DK's with blood aura, everyone else's talent points in blood aura disappears

and if you point the 2 points back into blood aura, it takes 2 out of a random persons in the party
