To all the idiots on here complaining about his form stop trolling and get a life. The guy is a consistant top 10 Mr Olympia competitor which basically means he is one of the top bodybuilders in the world year in and year out. The form he is using is what works for him at this stage in his career. His muscles are already fully developed so he doesnt need to use beginer or intermediate form. I expect to see the morons at my gym lift their asses way off the bench when incline benching and doing half reps when squatting, not an Olympian. He'll never win the Olympia if he keeps sacrificing form for weight.

@tomodonnell3 (continue) and bodybuilding combo which works great for me and while I won't grow as big as a steroid user my size is pretty impressive as I have been told by many and my strength is thru the roof though I am a lot stronger than I look..just as about as strong as these pro's.

@JAEDOGNYC try reading what i said. i said that as bryan dobson explains, it works for branch, so im not gonna tell someone to train a way that doesnt work as well for them. This is probably down to the fact that he take steroids. You however probably dont, and therefore shouldnt train like a steroid user. @tomodonnell3 in bodybuilding you should never finish your set , the whole goal is to break down the muscle fibers, the partials are so there is constant tension on the muscle, when u full rep out and lock out you are resting
