LO unico malo de lo que veo en el video es que le anade demasiado seasoning, eso le ha de haber quedado salado, ademas que no es bueno comer mucha sal, es malo para el cuerpo porque retiene aun mas liquidos de lo normal.

no no no thats not the way you make arroz con pollo the rice is the last thing you throw in the pot and you need a caldero not a pan make the base first add chicken already seasoned and let simmer in medium heat add your other ingredients like onions,green peppers etc simmer some more until u see the chicken atleast half way done then add rice mix well add more water if u need then cover in low heat but you gotta keep mixing the rice or is gonna stick to the botton and not taste right.
