@ginesdepasamonte It's been out there for a long time (before Sicko). But Sicko came out in 2007. Potter began whistleblowing in 2009. It started for him in 2007 when he went to a touring free clinic in VA and saw 100s of people desperate for medical care. He resigned in 2008 and started his powerful journey. Now, if we can just get the tea bagger types to use a neuron or 2, maybe more Americans will start to get a clue and will join in the push for universal health care sans insurance crooks.

lol It's tough being conservative on some things and liberal on others. I absolutely support socialized health care. I don't see how a society can consider roads, police, firemen, schools as something we all pay into for the good of all yet we leave health care out and it results in people dying because they can't get care.

Sicko was factually correct. IMO, "Capitalism" was 3/4 correct. Part of it was populist left and false. The banks could not be allowed to fail even though they blackmailed Bush. Lehman did and it nearly toppled everything. If you're Ron Paul you can always say "let them fail". If you're holding national office you cannot have a billion ppl out of work worldwide. "Well, it'll happen anyway..." Now it's a matter of maybe it will & very possibly it won't. I'll take the latter.

Mr. Potter, a PR expert, has a firm understanding of the term "astroturfing". This is nothing more then the insurance industries controlled "leak" of its deceptive practices. Yes, the PR practices of insurance companies should upset you, but how pissed would you be to learn that this "whistleblower" is still involved in PR and this is all part of the ploy. Y the hell would anyone trust this scumfuck.

Great video . . . just ask any medical biller and coder about insurance companies and they will tell you that they will do anything not to pay for health services. They are a bunch of thieves and next time it could be YOUR family member that the insurance company denies to pay for his or her health service. This video needs to be made more public.
