  • Thanks. helpful info and clear communication! I am looking at labels and I have a question? Looking at fats on a nutritional label and lets lets say there a 5 grams of fat total. If I go a line below and there are 0g trans fats and 1g saturated fat, where are the other 4 grams coming from? thank you!

  • This is excellent information that everyone needs to know. These trans fats are the reason our country has such a problem with cardiovascular disease, especially when compared to European countries, it's not because Americans are lazy or stupid, it's because our goverment allows these cheap oils which are chemically altered and not fit for human consumption to be used in our food supply pretty much since the 1950s.
