Big mistake to make this with the thin long chillies. I use the mild banana peppers as they are called (or even green peppers - capsicum) would be better. That way you can add about 1 tsp of actually spicy green chillies to the mixture while frying and control the amount of heat.. instead of torturing your taste buds. Anyway Sanjay you are a great guy to have tasted it for real on camera.. God bless. hope u didn't have the runs after that.

I have a jar of this, and it doesn't say whether it is mild, medium or hot. Are they all hot? Is it appropriate to cook on chicken, or should I use the Pani Puri Concentrate, of which I also have a jar?
