  • it always amazes me when people come to the live concert and expect studio album-like performance. Now, here it seems like some were expecting album quality vocals of someone who was 30 at the time from a 60 year old guy singing live. Live show is not really about high quality sound, although some can be better than others. I had a blast at the concert! Is Halford voice the same as it was 30 years ago? No, and it can never be. Would I prefer that they stayed home and didn't do the tour? NO!!!!

  • I'm looking at the comments on this video and i see some dumbass writing that halfrod cant sing anymore. First of all its live, not studio. And second of all i saw them live in springfield 2 days ago and id say that on some songs were less than should be but most songs were still good, and this one is better live now than the actual studio recording.

  • @IRONDIO444 surely they can. but you're confounding performance and interpretation: inspiration is owning each singer... and each singer is only, that's why Rob is returned in Priest.

  • NO ONE CAN SING THIS? DICKINSON,DIO(RIP),BYFORD,KOTIPELTO,SAMMET,LIONE,CANS,KURSH,SHEEPERS,ADAMS,HANSEN,KISKE, & DERIS CAN ALL SING QUASI-OPERATICALLY WITH ALL DO RESPECT

  • @zeprockdandenim Tim can nail this !!!!

  • @Cigarrock I saw them in July in Badalona (Spain) I found that Halford still got the power on titles like Nightcrawler or Victim Of Changes; Blood Red Skies is a song with extreme vocals and nobody (may be Geoff Tate) can sing this; so I agree with you it's not the same and won't be the same than the studio version and the sound of the band is so powerfull ,sometimes you can hear the voice...that's Live, it's not perfect and that's why we love it! Halford still got it, but in a different way...

  • @zeprockdandenim You can give me all the dates you want but it seems like you should be agreeing with me. During the show, there were songs he didn't sing that the band was playing. The mixing covered up most of the vocals, you'll notice that every comment on the tour was that the mixing was terrible.

He's too old to do this and I would never say a bad thing about what priest once was. He didn't hit a single note properly, not just some false ones. He struggled and squeeled.

  • @Cigarrock if you make karaoke don't look a Priest video! look r'n'b or other kind of shit, it's so easy to talking bad of artists, when doing nothing. Halford made some false notes but he's got 60 years old and the song is from 1988! 23 years ago... try to sing even like in this version and post it to make us laugh!

  • I think that for a bonus trach for Nostradamus, they should have released them performing this song in 2007 in studio

  • ZERO DISLIKES, like it should be ALWAYS for any Judas Priest video!!!
