I kind of feel like a passenger on the Titanic screaming at the top of my lungs for the Captain to slow and turn the ship. Meanwhile, the ship is surging toward the iceberg while the captain and every other passenger on board is merrily reassuring me that everything's going to be juuuuuust fiiiine. Laughable? What world are you living in?!? It's not "scaremongering" to say that something scary is...scary! It's called telling the truth. If you watched the video then you just saw, with your own eyes, Timothy Geithner admit that he has NO plan to halt our economic decline. All he really said was that he didn't like Ryan's plan. Is that in any way a logical or constructive response? No, that's a childish response. Things are scary.
