The Hype of OG and Bubba Kush

The truth about the hype behind these two kush variety's is that they are nothing more than dutch hybrids that are advertised to be the holy grail. They are average marijuana clones being hyped beyond their capabilities.

They have been described as girly marijuana, tasting good and looking okay but their punch or lack there of leaves alot to be desired. The entire "elite" clone hype is nothing but crap perpetuated by a small group of individuals to drive seed sales up.

There is no documentation of these varieties ever existing until ORGNKID showed up on the internet. Knowing and possessing the pedigrees and parent plant of these variety's, the hype surrounding them has met almost epic proportions. With these clones fetching several hundred dollars a piece, for nothing but dutch hybrids some hick closet fucked in his basement.

Don't believe the hype, there was no such thing as bubba or OG kush until 2003-2004 when their accounts first started appearing on the boards. I have all documentation necessary to prove any and all of this.

A lot of bullshit in this video. Get your facts straight. . Have you ever been to southern California and donated for an "OG strain" that is a lot more dense, sticky, potent, and yields a lot more (more cannabinoids) when you make concentrates. None of the strains you have mentioned have a higher THC content than the varieties of OG out right now which contain 26% percent THC at times (the highest possible amount for dried cannabis). Most of your "facts" are FALSE and your opinion is bullshit

OG Kush is not a name that sells, not a single, select variety of cannabis. The best strains are all labeled OG Kush or a derivative in order to sell it quicker. So of course there are strong OG Kush varieties. But there are literally dozens of different OG Kushes. Which is the real one?

Do you realize the history of these strains all traces back to Nevil Schoenmakers at The Seed Bank? They're all NL, Skunk, Haze, Hindu Kush hybrids? The pillars, foundations of the seed industry?

OG Kush from California is the most potent indica/sativa hybrid strain ever! Bubba Kush from Cali is the most potent indica strain ever! OG Kush is a name that sells in the dispensaries, its not a single select variety. The best marijuana is labeled OG Kush, no matter if it is actually Northern Lights, Skunk #1, White Widow, Super Silver Haze etc. OG Kush is just a hip name for good marijuana. The same happened with White Widow in the '90s.

The reason you see OG Kush in Holland, is not because the Dutch do not have good marijuana, but because its such a popular name in the U.S that tourist will recognize it.

What's funny is that I grew out White Russian (serious seeds) and alot of heads who smoked it said it was better than any of the OG they had and the buds were completely glazed with THC. I can see how growers are just making a killing off the marketing. Grow fire then slap a OG label on it and you have money in the bank.

That's the problem..people grow MJ from clone or seed..and then re-name it like it's some new strain... Watering and fertilizing a plant doesn't give you the right to claim a whole new strain. Just because it came out Dank or looks slightly different. doesn't mean it's a new strain. I grow from seed and make my own crosses...I also feminize and self pollinate...however nothing I'm growing is anything but NL, Skunk, & Haze... I make my own crosses and start over again from seed...it's FUN!
