Yes Neopets can track if you're using this engine but only if you get and submit a highscore. I suggest before playing each time to check what the lowest high score is and get just under it. If you do get a high score DO NOT submit it.

5.3 is better for hacking flash from my experience. I may be wrong but I'm also more familiar with it.
