Its actually about the Cremaster cycle which is the rising and lowering of the testicles from certain conditions such as the cold, fear, etc. If you watch carefully everything in it symbolizes the gonads. (the zeppelin, cat woman's (the original one) crown, etc. I just finished learning about this in my contemporary issues in art class.
