very liked that mountain at 3:24, it's almost like a videogame... with low graphic !!!!!

That makes hang gliding without a motor look like a training excercise for the real thing.
(ie FLPHG)

looks like fun. is there a tandem version for this?

I have never heard of anyone flying a tandem powered hang glider. In the UK it must be foot launched which I imagine would be very difficult. Pete

yes Pete, it would be. if it were a larger hang glider with a 20hp motor....maybe.

I still think the problem would be the airspeed needed to lift-off and thrustline/configuration/weight issue. Let me know if you build one :-)

The fact that you can launch yourself and go almost anywhere you wish is amazing. I may get a powered harness one day for that reason. Living in Florida's flatlands, it would serve well. Do you find the extra wight a chalange for thermaling and approx. how far can you go on a full tank of gas?

The extra weight takes some getting used to- fly in smoother conditions for your first flights until you've cracked the handling techniques. A normal fuel tank is 5 litres and will allow a flight time of around 2 hours, depending on glider, conditions and height gained etc, distance is very dependent on the glider, this flight was a 44.6Km out and return, going 22Km downwind at 68Km/hour and returning at 38Km/hour on a very slow sky floater Aeros Target and used about 4 litres of fuel.
