what is evaporated milk? :S I don't think we have that in Sweden

@Sheidipeidi Evaporated milk is a super concentrated milk that you normally mix with water. It is used a lot in desserts. If you do not have it go ahead and substitute it for cream. Thanks for stopping by!

Very nice dessert. Raisins do add flavor but if you prefer, try adding chopped dates.

As for me I prefer only about 2/3's cup of sweetened condensed milk as too much sweetness takes away from the flavor of the rice.  But to each his/her own.
