Shamrock won the match & become the Interconinental Champion & The Rock knew that but no he had to use the brass knucks & then put the brass knucks in Shamrocks tights just to point that out to the ref to keep his Interconinental Championship that he lost from that belly to belly 1,2,3 & Ken Shamrock became the Interconinental Champion so yeah Ken Shamrock is the rightful Interconinental Champion & The Rock isn't.
