Very very well done!! Thank you for this! song! I'm a big fan of your uploads here on YouTube!

in my opinion, lyrics are an expression of opinion... or a chance to be completly random.
people might take offence, but what's done is done, is an awesome song, this guy is awesome as he is. not much we can do other than have the song taken of youtube, which is stupid because it's an awesome song.

@TheJkirsch Christianity is a broken vessel, and i was RAISED in the church my whole life. I have met hundreds of people that don't profess yet are among the finest people i've had the pleasure of knowing. also, i've known people considered to be right next to Holiness by many peoples standards, who are black as coal in their heart... oh! and i like the song. you sound like a young john lennon well done

when you consider how often things can get lost in translation (something you said about a friend, that was repeated incorrectly... etc..) its pretty difficult to rest your existence on a book that was translated many many many times over thousands of years by a multitude of people you've never met with their own agendas that you couldn't possibly be aware of.

I don't want it to sound cheesy but you really sound like John Lennon in this song, which is a good thing I believe.

The voice reminds me of paul mccartney! As the guitar and the drums playing, It's quite good!
Johhny, I really like your music. However, if you think that "religion" is just "make believe," then I feel sorry for you. My relationship with Jesus Christ has given me more love, understanding, and freedom than anything. True, hypocrisy and evil abound, but that only proves that we need a Savior! God bless you.

thank you for the concern, but i would argue that i have just as much love, understanding, and freedom in my life without the need for faith in Christian mythology. What you attain from your beliefs, i attain from reality. indeed hypocrisy surrounds us, but rarely in the realm of atheism will you find it.
peace be with you, because god almost certainly is not.

Johnny, you sang "Life is Wonderful." Do you really believe that? God created all of these wonderful things. It is written, "The fool has said in his heart there is no God." You can believe what you want to Johnny, but God IS in my life. He has blessed me beyond measure, so much that I can bless others. Many believers direct unbelievers to read the Gospel of John, but God drew me to Himself through Psalms. I say to anyone reading this: "Seek God with all of your heart and you will find Him."

life IS wonderful. why would my lack of religion make me think otherwise? are you calling me a fool for not believing? because i find that somewhat offensive. nature, science, maths and physics hold all the answers i could ever need in this and any other world.
i find the circular, self referential nature of religious language embarrassing and dangerous. it serves only to perpetuate a 2000 year old mindset.
let go of your beliefs and only THEN will you find the truth.

I could have taken offense at your statement "peace be with you b/c god certainly is not." I shared what Holy Scripture says about atheists b/c I believe it is true. I am not here to condemn you; however, I suspect you are not as happy as you like to pretend. Science is awesome. I met a mathematician who came to believe in intelligent design of the universe (i.e. God) b/c of the purity of the science of math. I would be interested in hearing the real reason why you have chosen to reject Christ.

i am exactly as happy as am, without pretence. happy or sad, i never pretend and i'm not sure where you got the notion that i ever did. jesus was probably a nice guy, but the bible and religion as a whole is to my eyes, so full of hypocrisy and contradiction that i could not accept faith blindly even if i tried. i think we'll butt heads on this for all eternity, so why don't we just agree to disagree on this one.
peace
