Excellent video! Really enjoyed watching it. Lovely scenes there and some will never be repeated again with a majority of the trams withdrawn.

This month has been busy with upgrade work continuing, Flexity 2 001 on test and has found a few gauging clearance faults with the upgrade work that need sorting out.

I'm not sure if November 16th will go down as being the day it change from old to new, as I saw Brush 631 and Centenary 648 working in the morning and were replaced by Felxity 001 in the afternoon.

Let's hope we will still see the old on the northern end of the line.

Interesting as always !!!! A question..... Has the existing line always been between Starr Gate and Fleetwood.Or is it a route created when closing the city net in the 60.s ? How many lines were there in Blackpool in the past,and was this route ever connected with the city net ??????

@zoomeristen The tram routes use to go inland and also as far as Lytham St Annes.

There is still some of the old track buried along Dickson road.

I don't know if there will be much testing to Fleetwood up to Christmas as they are working on the overhead wire around the Metropole area.
