they're as awesome live as in a perfect studio recording. i wouldn't put much stock in the haters, they've come to this clip for a reason. they like it but are now trying to be cute. some people seek glory by the chimera prestige--like the assumption that if one can judge another then it must mean s/he's above their status. the world is full of this shit, and full of shit. ha ha. beautiful song, don't let the entries jade the nice vibe.

@poontangsta1 Well, don't boggart it...pass it on over ;)

@axeman7000 Well I am pretty relaxed. But I in no way bashed American music just the American rock/pop "style". There is a subtle difference. And just to be clear I love some American bands... To be honest I can't remember making that comment think I was pretty baked at the time :]

@poontangsta1 Glasvegas would have done this tune better. No one is bashing your heritage, just the band.....relax. No need to put down American music. If they were from America they would receive the same responses.
Rock on.

Thanks for posting! I wish I had been there. It was 08 and not 06 tho :)

Say what you want but its refreshing for any scottish/irish/welsh band to sing in the style of the local vernacular. It's a hell of a lot more interesting than listening to an imitation of the ubiquitous American style that pervades modern music. Glasvegas are another example, I like them too.
