Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Gene Spiegelman, executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton about the vacancy rate at U.S. shopping centers.¶ Spiegelman also discusses the state of retail properties on New York's Madison and Fifth Avenues.
