I finally saw this movie on DVD a few days ago. It is a much, MUCH better movie than many critics have claimed. I certainly hope there is a sequel.

To ever one who wants a sequel to this film I just want to say that while we may get one at some point in the future that may be a very long time. John Carter is one of those movies that may need time for it to grow in popularity, think of the Princess Bride, Blade Runner & the 1939 Wizard of Oz films, when they where are released they did poorly at the box office & received mixed review & are now, decades after their release, hug parts of pop culture.
