Slacklining is very addicting because it is FUN & always challenging both physically & mentally. You can rig one up just about anywhere at any length or taughtness! Backyard fun for the whole family, to experience dynamic-balancing, core-stability & working body-opposites with each step. Eventually evolve into plyometrics, jumps, yoga & much more.
