"Spiraling Water" is a three channel video installation by Georgie Friedman. Description: ceaseless water from a tall, glacial waterfall is projected horizontally, so it dizzyingly shoots around the viewer on a looming, spiral form. Audio of the pounding water, is directed into the center of the spiral, adding an auditory shift as viewers move around the spiral enclosure. This installation is meant to be experienced from within the spiral structure. This installation documentation is from the exhibit "H2O Film on Water" at The Newport Mill in Newport, NH 2009. © georgie friedman 2009 http://georgiefriedman.com
