Fender MIM Jazz 2005, midnight wine, red tortoise pickguard, SD Quarter Pounder pickups. Sorry the slap tone isn't all in your face and treble-y, I have pretty old strings on my bass but I think it still sounds good. Thanks for watching.

  • very nice bass man

  • wow is amazing!!

  • well slapping usually involves using an open string or an open string hammered on to an octave, but u should still be able to get a good slap sound out of a fretted note

  • AHHUUHHHGGAAHHHHHHHH!! I want to learn how to slap now! It's so difficult for my to do the slapping sound. All I get is a ghost/muted noise. For example, after playing the first octave lets say 5 on E string and 7 on D i can't do another one following that one. All I get is this muted thump noise. What im trying to say is I can;t do second octaves fast after playing slap and pop on the first one. I don't see anything wrong that im doing!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i start bass this year i can slap better than i can play :O

  • tabs??

  • Nice! Slap Bass!
