I would also just like to point out, that at least SMU was good in the past.

Hawaii sucked before june jones got there, and I'm sure everyone said all the same things you're saying about SMU now.

seriously, if you know anything about analyzing football teams, you would know SMU is on the verge of being good again. As the guy said before me, SMU has made leaps and bounds in recruiting just because of jones. They have players turning down offers from big 12 schools signing. Yeah, 2008 SMU only beat a FCS team, but you failed to point out that 4 of their losses were by a possession or lessm with a true freshman qb and a completely new offense. this 2009 squad has 6 seniors, 2 of which start
