When I clicked on this, I expected this to be a lot worse, considering her track record. However, this was actually pretty accurate. She did a good job. I would just say the recording and maybe string quality are bad. With better strings, this section she played slowly would actually be decent. I have criticized her in the past, but I agree this was not as bad as some of the other videos.

At least this young lady has a better bow hold than the other violin "expert" on expertvillage, but she is at best an intermediate-level student with a lot to learn. And the Bach is too hard for her.

Ok.. There's no need to criticize her. Sure she's not the greatest violinist, but I bet half of you aren't either. Besides, everything she's teaching is correct. Half of you probably can't do double stops correctly, and everyone's vibrato is different. At least she has the courage to put these videos up.

Time and time again, I keep asking Expert Village how these people keep from laughing while making these videos. Do they honestly think they are good?

none of the people in expert village are experts, only people who claim to be experts.
