Good, but you are missing to tie the kayak's bow and stern, and then you are done! This prevents it from slipering when you break, stop or climbing a hill.

How stable are the foam blocks? I live in New Hampshire and got the blocks and a similar carrier. Haven't used the set up yet, but was wondering if you would drive on the interstate for less than an hour if needed to.

Hi! It is a home-made modified version "Wheeleez Tuff Tire Canoe/Kayak Cart"
All you need to do, is add a few bike hooks to the wheelcart and tie the thing onto the car's bottom and back panel to stabilize it.
