Way to go Bro! Health comes first my man. I am pushing 48 years-old myself and I have been watching what I eat for the past couple of years. Sometimes taking a break from the ol computer can be refreshing. I do it every year and travel throughout Asia for 3 months. Its good exercise climbing the hills of the Orient. But just walking around here in the good ol Maryland country-side is all good as well.
