@iam7805 I know this is 2 years old, but I just thought I'd mention that you don't need to repair a pandora battery, as it is perfectly useable as a normal battery anyways... You just need to always have the magic memory card incase you take your battery out... You will need the MMS to get to the reboot ability cause of the fact that the PSP turns on auto with the pandora when you put it in, and stays on black screen without the MMS. I use a pandora to power my PSP normally.

I have a psp fat with 3.6v 2200mah battery..
im going to convert to pandora by hardmod (opening it) but after that can i turn it back to normal?

so to do this is it absolutely vital to have 2 batteries so that you can put one in that isn't a jigkick to make your PSP boot up?

No, if you have the skills you can solder the pin down again to return the battery to normal after your done downgrading.
