WHere do you live in michigan?

I bought an extension cord from the dollar store and just cut the end off. You can use any extension cord you want to.
Thanks

doesnt matter which wire you use. The heat tape doesnt care which side is positive or negative.

@rafsnale
I use some electrical tape to insulate the terminals otherwise you will jolted anytime you touch them. you can use silicone also. i dont like the clips. they take up to much space and wont allow the tubs to sit evenly

Everyone talks about careful the temps dont get to high but my temps wont get high enough. I have 3 strips of 3 inch flexwatt and they wont get hotter than 82.
