At First i was like yeah fuck the police then i rmembered that if any body in that car had a gun they are label to start blastin, so its probably a good idea to have your gun out if your tryin to take them to jail. Also They may be victims of the car crash but they are running already, who knows what they are running for they may be a wanted killer, a high ass meth dealer, or a pedophile for all you know it doesn't tell you on the information.
