FMG Great Native Title Swindle Part 1

Caught in the act - this is a record of a supposed 'native title' meeting staged by the iron ore miner, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG). It shows how FMG, its agents, a lawyer and an opportunist splinter faction tried to destroy the unity of the Yindjibarndi people and give open slather to FMG for its Solomon Hub project. The video demonstrates the unscrupulous actions of a miner trying to bully traditional owners into a land use 'Agreement' that will see massive disturbance of country and will swindle several generations of Yindjibarndi people.

Native title is a legal fiction! Check out Blacks Law Dictionary. 'Native' coming from the latin 'nativus' which is someone born into bondage(A Slave). Therefore native title is slave title. This is just another method the government and multi-national conglomerate monsters use to steal the land (along with everything else) from the people. Exercise your Sovereignty!!!!

People who work in mines work in mines because they are interested in the pay rate. Many people who work in mines make sacrifices in travel and habitat to secure those wages. One does not go to work in a mine to look after aboriginal land rights. If you were to try and do both you would live in conflict as 80% of resources are mined on "aboriginal land".

The government works WITH the mining companies, in the name of National Interest.

However, the government is made up of individuals. Legislation is passed by vote.

But most whites support the white enterprise. It is a battle between minority interests versus mainstream interests, in spite of the fact that a healthy environment is the concern of all.
