As far as i know there is no cheat to do that. What he is doing is he is changing his first skill just at same time when butcher bites. So it is a kind of bug of dota but troll can escape stuns :D and shackles by changing his melee or range position.

He is changing b/w melee and range so he only takes dmg but not the stun which is a pro move not a hack or bug
