  • Why do folks blame Obama??...In 2006 little Bush was telling the world everything is fine..Go buy a home..

  • @markymark92365 I own a house and I'm seriously considering selling it to someone who would rent it back to me. My house is half paid off right now. Where I live there hasn't been a crash yet. Prices have gone up 15% anually since I bought it 5 years ago. I'm lucky, but I worry the market is reaching its peak. I like the idea of maybe buying the house back later with an option. Can you explain more how an option would work?

  • Thats why people should buy a trailer and land shit in alabama you can get a trailer and an acre of land for 30,000 dollars and its not a piece of crap trailer its decent ...but people want to live above their means and look good or better than their neighbor......Grow up people the times are getting hard not better

  • yes he's right renting i not bad!!! I mean shit you can move when you want, you buy you cant move right away. You get all the rights of ownership except appreciation, and if you worried about that get an option later but give yourself an out! If I had to do over I would rent with option.

  • This guy is my favorite jew.

  • This is amusing. Obama finally did level with us, this week, three years into his term. He said in an interview that when he got elected he did not appreciate how serious the problems were. This from a President who campaigned on the promise of a having a "plan" to deal with the problems. Yeah, great plan.....

  • over the last fifty years houses have rose 7% on average each year, and we always have inflation which means the loan will get cheaper even if costs go up you pass costs to your renters
