Here is a pause rep hip thrust with 315 lbs for 5 reps with a 5 second pause up top.

@MD5 Its a glute exercise, it will work your bum. i noticed when i did them i did go up a jean size, my jeans where initially i wouldnt say tight, but not baggy either.
Well i say these but i also started squating and doin lunges. hope that helps
