Open Water Training with Glen Christiansen

During Glen Christiansens International Masters Camps he also includes Open Water Training in the program. On Tenerife, where he set up camps 4-5 times a year he does pool sessions, long course and short course, technique analysis in the high tech swimming flume, fitness sessions, seminars on training, competition, stretching and how to stay fast as you get older. He gets swimmers in all ages and from all backgrounds from beginners to Olympic medallists and from 20 year old to 85 year young swimmers. All feel welcome, have fun, learn a lot and meet new friends for life. So far swimmers from these countries have joined Glens Camps: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, England, France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Lebanon, Holland, USA, Venezuela, Canada, Japan, Peru, Dubai.
